1. SHIPPING

Hythe ships to all 50 US States and Canada.  We offer FREE Standard Shipping to the Continental United States. An $8 shipping charge will apply to all orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada.

For Continental U.S. Orders: Your Hythe order will ship within 5-7 business days after your order is placed.

For HI, AK, and Canada Orders: Your Hythe order will ship within 9-14 business days after your order is placed.  

2. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you’ve placed your order (yay!), your credit card will be charged and we will send a confirmation email. In a few days, we will send you a second email to let you know your goodies are on the way. Use the tracking number to follow the package to your front doorstep and enjoy your new arrivals!

3. CANCELLATION

Change of plans? That's okay! You have 48 hours to email our customer service team at hello@hythehome.com to cancel your order. 

4. RETURNS

In the unlikely event you don’t love your Hythe piece(s), you have 30 days to return your order.  To initiate a return, please email hello@hythehome.com with your order number. Please send all returns to our Customer Service Office at:
